Trail running - could get addicted to this...lovely and cool under the canopy.

Didn't time the run itself - bit of a photo expedition this time but was around 30 minutes. Definitely going to be a regular thing :)
17 km on the bike today in commuting.

Trail run my a$$. Take yourself out to Cascade falls for some real trails ;)
Yeah, the Domain ain't no trial run (it is nice though). Definitely get out to the Waitakeres - they were awesome.
You certainly have some nice spots to run!
